Meet Mallory

My name is Mallory and I’m a Registered Dietitian. I completed my Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan and my dietetic internship specializing in pediatric nutrition at Michigan Medicine. I focus on what to eat to help you sleep. I have a toddler and I love spending time with my family, walking my dog, knitting, baking, and hopefully getting in a good night’s sleep.
